Every time I stay in Newquay, I choose this place. Staff and location are nice, I enjoyed it.

My stay was enjoyable for room to be cleaned during my stay. The food was good and there were a great selection of dishes in the menu.

The staff - some of them were quite busy.

The location was incredible, not very far from Blue Reef Aquarium. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake. It made our trip to Newquay an amazing experience.

I had excellent 1-night stay here! The pool was nice, superb breakfasts. Its staff was best & adorable. The venue was minute walk from Newquay downtown.

Clean and big size venue with fantastic views. The room I stayed in was brand-new and included central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk. The location was brilliant for walking around Blue Reef Aquarium. I went to a nice restaurant and liked the Indian dishes. Late check out.

All was clean, I appreciated pleasant rooms and food. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the balcony had particularly good views.

All good - we liked our stay - food was fresh and active staff. Comfy beds, air conditioning and coffee were a nice touch. Small restaurant and Irish bar available. Service was superb too. All in all our stay was very nice, nothing too much trouble.

Adorable staff and everything modern. Room was double superior and well cleaned with a luxury bathroom. Absolutely breathtaking views and well-maintained garden.

Centrally located nicely renovated hotel. The continental breakfast was large, plenty of options. The bed was very good and the room was bright. Workers were immensely pleasant, setting is in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown.

everything was very clean, including location and staff, its excellent wi-fi. burgers and light food were served in the pool bar. the bed was very clean and the bedroom was gorgeous. near a stunning beach.

Breakfast was PARTICULARLY GOOD and the staff was willing to help.

This is a hotel go-to for Newquay! We had a sea view from our room. Opposite a bus station, just a walk down to supermarket and shopping centre;)))

Do not compare Great Western with other hotels. The room was very clean and the staff was helpful. There was nearby tai-sing takeaway to grab something to eat.

Ok bed, huge bar. Tolcarne beach was within easy reach...

We enjoyed the staff and rooms and sensible rates. Very close to newquay train station, something around 5 minutes on foot. Tolcarne beach was at a short distance.
